Dubbed as the port to the marvelous Eastern Visayas, the favorite gateway of tourists to the capital city of Tacloban, Municipalities of Leyte, Southern Leyte, Biliran and Samar. With its strategic location, it is also an ideal and popular jump-off point to Cebu and the rest of the Visayas and northern portion of Mindanao.

The port accommodates cargo and passenger vessels, fast ferries plying Ormoc-Cebu and Ormoc-Manila routes. The port is equipped with ticketing and stevedoring services, passenger terminal and stockyard.
